Collections Etc.

At Collections Etc., I played a key role in developing and maintaining the e-commerce platform using HTML, Sass, Vue.js, and JavaScript. I integrated and managed multiple third-party services including PayPal, Chase tokenization, Clarus, PowerReviews, and Hawksearch, ensuring seamless functionality across payment processing, search, and customer review systems.

I created wireframes and visual prototypes to communicate design concepts to executive stakeholders, proactively identifying UX/UI challenges and proposing effective solutions that improved the overall user experience.

IonTuition

IonTuition, a Ceannate company, is a platform that helps students and employers manage student loan repayment. I developed a user-centric student dashboard designed to simplify complex loan information and improve the repayment experience.

The project integrated a WordPress marketing site with a robust .NET MVC portal, utilizing SASS and jQuery for the frontend and a Microsoft SQL database for data management. My focus was on creating an intuitive interface that transformed complicated financial data into clear, actionable insights for students managing their loan obligations.

Meta

Meta, a Ceannate company, is a platform that connects students with healthcare professionals. I developed a custom WordPress theme for the marketing site, strategically designed to engage two distinct audiences: students seeking healthcare services and providers looking to expand their reach.

The dual-targeted approach helped grow the network by addressing the unique needs and concerns of both user groups, creating clear pathways for engagement and conversion.

Intake System

I designed and developed an enterprise-wide intake system for managing bugs, support tickets, and project creation with Jira integration. The solution featured custom-built components that facilitated communication between our mainframe and database systems.

Starting with Angular, I built reusable components that bridged legacy infrastructure with modern workflows. I later upgraded the platform to React.js and Next.js within the SharePoint 2013 environment, improving performance and maintainability while preserving essential integrations.
